There are multiple ways to register this season. For those who prefer the traditional method, click “Download Registration Form”…print out a copy and fill in the fields…then mail the hardcopy completed form with entry fee payment to:

You may also click the “Online Registration Form”…fill in the required fields…then submit electronically to go.junior.golf.series@gmail.com. The registration fee can then be sent separately by mail or you may click the “Online Payment” option.

Of course, you can register and submit entry using the “Online Registration Form” link and the “Pay Now” link. Once the registration form has been first completed and submitted, simply click the Pay Now button and enter total on the “price per item” block (the $ sign is not needed and the “quantity” block may be ignored). Then follow payment instructions to complete the process.

 
 
 
 
 

Forms will be accepted be on a FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVE BASIS. Field is limited and all entries will be catalogued by date received. Early registration deadline is May 22nd. To Calculate Entry Fee Payment

1. MEMBERSHIP FEE:

$60.00 - Single Membership (one tour championship)
$90.00 - Dual Membership (both tour championships)

2. EVENT FEES BY DIVISION:

Member Rate (w/ Tour Championship) **Non-Member Rate (No Tour Championship):
8-under (three holes)…………………………$10.00 per event…………………………………$20 per event
9-10 (six holes)…………………………………..$20.00 per event…………………………………$30 per event
11-12, 13-15 (nine holes)..……..…………..$30.00 per event…………………………………$40 per event
13-15 & 16-18 (eighteen holes)..………..$40.00 per event…………………………………$50 per event

To submit fees online - calculate your registration fee based on number of tour championship selection(s), age division choice, and number of events to be played in that division. Use the following examples to help calculate entry fees:

Example 1:

11-12 year old division (9 holes) competitor wants to play in one tour championship and 7 events:

  1. Single membership (includes one tour championship)- $60

2. Seven (7) events ( other than tour championship) @ $30 per event - $210

3. Total registration fee - $270

Example 2:

16-18 year old competitor wants to play in both Tour championships and 3 events:

  1. Dual membership - $90

  2. Three (3) events @ $40 per event - $120

  3. Total registration fee - $210

Example 3:

9-10 year old competitor (six holes) wants to play in five (5) events but NOT the Tour championships.

  1. Five (5) events @ the Non-member rate of $25 = $125

Once the total amount is computed, simply click the “Pay Now” to submit entry fee payment. Enter the total on the “price per item” block (the $ sign is not needed and the “quantity” block may be ignored). Most major debit and credit cards are accepted.
