Assumption of Risk & Release Statement

The signature (electronic or otherwise) on the registration page indicates that parents, guardians and/or players agree to assume all risk and danger incidental to the game of golf and release the GO Junior Golf Series (GOJGS) director, committee, their host sites, club board of directors and their members, sponsors, participating players and all personnel thereof from any and all liabilities resulting from such cases. The parent/guardian signature also give GOJGS personnel permission to provide & contact emergency medical services in case of injury requiring immediate attention. Lastly, the signature also gives the GOJGS permission to use photographic images of their child for the purposes of publicity for the GO Junior Golf Series in future publications or websites.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

If a competitor must withdraw for an event, please notify the director at least 72 hours in advance. Refunds will be sent out after the conclusion of the series. There will be NO refunds if the player fails to show without prior notification (72 hours) or withdraws from an event because of predicted inclement weather. As has been our policy and practice from its inception, once a player begins the Series, there is no refund for the Membership Fee.
